What is my opinion on animal experimentation?

I think it's a very sadistic practice. animals just like people feel pain. Now, it is hypocritical of me to say that it is wrong, since I am a consumerist person who allows these practices to be possible.

What is my opinion on recycling?

I think recycling is one of the best things humanity can do on its own. it is necessary to delay the devastation of humanity, devastation is an inevitable process, however, its process can delay.

I take advantage of incentivizing all my followers to recycle their trash at any recycling point.

What's my take on "Barras bravas"?

this will be long, it's really a complicated issue why? the "Barras bravas" I think (personal opinion), are a real danger, because many times the people belonging to them, provoke unnecessary violence.  it's amazing how people, through their passion for some team, violently attack their opponents, turning a stadium into a war environment. 

The "Barra Bravas" have ended the family atmosphere and encourage violence. 

What is my opinion on the legalization of abortion in some cases?

I think abortion is a matter of no one should have an opinion, since it should not be discussed, abortion should be free and legal.

I think it is pertinent to say that as a man, my opinion should not be taken into account, as I will never be exposed to this.   

I want to emphasize that it's just opinions, that's all. 

Post graduate it is really necessary?

Honestly, at this stage of my college career I haven't started thinking about doing a postgraduate degree, for economic reasons it's not something I have contemplated now (attached my RUT account below), really being honest, my priority right now is to finish this career (public administration), but as things stand today in terms of employability, it is necessary to continue to strengthen the studies, then it becomes an obligation to do a postgraduate degree, therefore, if you had to choose a postgraduate degree (being a dreamy), he would choose something related to management, I find quite interesting the issue of management in public services, if he had the possibility of performing a postgraduate degree, he would do it in this country, peo in another study house (Pontificia Universidad Catolica quizás), depends on the reputation of the house of studies, which will serve me to create my networks of contacts (much needed for this career). 

With the space available, I make the clarification that if I believe in meritocracy, and that networks of contacts can succeed, but the path will be more sacrificed, especially in this country where there is a lot of talk about influences and all those concepts that I often demotivate. 

I don't see a postgraduate degree really needed, knowledge can be strengthened in different ways, with one's own experience in public service.

My future Job

I am currently in university, and from time to time I think of my future work, ideally, I would like to work in some municipality of some rural sector, as a public administrator, the idea is to be able to strengthen all the needs that this municipality has, besides being able to live in that area far from the city, I would not only like to be in charge of the administrative part sitting in an office, but also to perform fieldwork, that is, go out on the ground, meet the people and their needs, and based on that , be able to solve your problems.

Like all work, my ideal job, must have a working day, it is my case, I would like to work 8 hours a day (from eight in the morning to 3 in the afternoon), so that I can have the afternoon available to perform other activities, such as knowing more about the municipality and the town where I am disengaged as administrator.

Like any public administrator, I would like to generate change, and in this case, I would like to strengthen and make known the municipality that I serve, also strengthen the economy of the sector and be able to help people with few resources, I think that addressing the problems, is extremely necessary for efficient management, in short, I would like to be able, to work in some municipality of some rural sector as a public administrator.

Why is Luis Jara so perfect?

Our planet Earth, formed approximately 4470 million years ago, however, I had the possibility of being born with Luis Jara (artistic name Lucho Jara). On this occasion I will only talk about his television career (more not about his successful musical career).

Why Luis Jara? With a wide content of high quality television, with characters such as Mario Kreutzberger or Patricia Maldonado, I decided to choose Lucho, for his wide trajectory where he could be seen in channels like Canal 13 and Megavisión, his beginnings (very little recognised) were on the show "Sábados Gigantes", being a fairly low and "narigón" child, I stand out for his voice (being similar to Freddie Mercury in my opinion).

Then, over time, as television was in decline because of the loss of those conservative values typical of the liking of the "momios", Luis Jara, now an adult with weight problems, I manage to capture the attention of all Chileans, through a interview conducted with Robbie Williams, in which, the guest left the studio (apparently why Luis jara could not express himself through the English language), on that occasion, the Chileans witnessed a moment that will transcend in history, the day that Robbie Williams had to leave the studio, fearful and respectful of sharing a studio with a Luis Jara.

Winter or summer?

Personally, I think winter is better than summer, why? simple, winter brings with it the cold, the weather postcards with gray afternoons and rainy days. Winter is perfect for spending all day at home, as well as eating sweet things.

In this climatic season, culinary delights arise at the table, from the "Sopaipillas" to the "Calzones rotos", at lunchtime, the entrance is usually a "Consomé de pollo", with some "Porotos con riendas" in the background, in conclusion, many delights culinary at this time of view. 

Another highlight of the winter is how amazing it is to go out and tour the city, with an icy climate, everything becomes more comfortable (even public transport), besides being able to enjoy a coffee while walking contemplation of the beauty of the gray tones of the Winter.

Finally, as a last-note aspect of winter, I would say that it would be how pleasant it is to play sport in an icy climate, it becomes more comfortable without that sweltering heat typical of summer.

The reasons outlined above are why I prefer winter.  

My best vacation

In 2014 I traveled with my four brothers (3 sisters and a brother) and my dad to southern Chile, on a journey of more than a week, I met harty cities, among which I would like to highlight Chiloé, an island of our country.

In the days i was in Chiloé, I was able to appreciate the beauty of this town, in addition to knowing more about this mythical island of our country. I could say that when I was there, I felt disconnected from everything (problems, social media and stress), plus that I was able to share with my family and build more confidence with them.

The holidays were quite long (I remember the pain of spending a whole day sitting in the car), we knew many places, but without a doubt, Chiloé was the greatest, since every day we woke up excited to meet and be able to take many photos. A beautiful experience that served to disconnect me from the problems and to be able to share with my family. 

Italy, an exotic country

The country I would like to visit is Italy why Italy? Simple, I find this country quite interesting because of its culture. For me, Italy is like the cradle of food, this for pizza, pasta and lasagna (among many other culinary varieties). 

The boot-shaped country, apart from giving us the delights mentioned above, has also provided art (which has enriched humanity) and many monuments. 

If you were in Italy, you would visit Roma, since in this town you will find the "Roman Colosseum", and you would also visit Venecia, since this city is surrounded by water, instead of pavement streets, there are rivers, which I find very exotic.

Finally, I would like to point out as the last reason to travel to Italy, the fact that in this country there is a passionate love for football, being its football league (series a) one of the most competitive on the planet, full of great teams known worldwide.

assessment of my experience with the blog

first of all, it's amazing how fast time has passed, this is my last blog (oh my God).

the experience was really amazing, every blog I wrote ied with passion, every comment that my colleagues added inspired me to be able to make my blog friendly, so that each of my colleagues would enjoy reading what I wrote. I understand that they didn't read it because they liked my content, they just fulfilled the obligations of this course, but really, isincere try to make my blog entertaining. 
as for the evaluation of these blogs, the first time I was afraid, since I do not master English (it really costs me a lot), besides exposing my thoughts with the other colleagues, however, it was the same colleagues who gave me the confidence of power writing these blogs (I've never done one before), thanks to their comments, I could feel like a superstar. and like every superstar, my five minutes of fame have passed, yet the memories will still remain on this website (which I think I'll see at some point in my life, where I'll say "now I understand why I haven't republished things"). 

thanks to this study methodology, I think I have strengthened my knowledge of English.

I finally say goodbye, and as a last wish I would like to see those commenting on a "F" in a sign of respect. 

my favorite food

my favorite food is the "Tallarines", "pasta" or "noodles". 

to avoid confusion, I'll name my favorite food as "pasta". as an interesting fact, it is often thought that the pasta is of Italian origin, but in reality in the year two thousand five was discovered the oldest noodle in the world (to date), being discovered in China (impressed right?).

incredible, according to research, the pasta is of Chinese origin.. But why is it my favorite food? pasta is solid food that I remember eating, besides being the one I liked the most (I still like).

in my country (Chile), there is a great variety of food, however, in my case, I think that pasta outperforms all this variety of foods why? pasta has a quality, which is not common in food, and is that you can combine it with the flavor you want, from egg to tomato sauce.   

among all these existing combinations (which are quite a lot), my favorite is with tomato sauce and cheese, since this combination reminds me of my childhood, when I arrived from school tired, looking forward to reaching my house, where my mom reminds me of waited with pasta covered by tomato sauce and a lamina of cheese.

   

the subject you enjoy this semester

this semester I had seven subjects, each different from the previous one, in case you asked me what is your favorite subject?, I would answer that question that my favorite subject is research methodology.

What is research methodology?

first of all it is a subject of my career (this does not answer the question), this subject consists in the research of a subject (any topic) by means of tools such as a theoretical framework and a methodological framework. this is for the development of a thesis, the investigation of a relevant problem or simply to resolve doubts regarding a topic.

What is the most relevant thing I learned from this subject?

the most relevant thing I learned from this subject is the formulation of a methodological framework, which would have been the most important in all research, because from this, I can raise hypotheses, see what types of data to work with and how to collect Information.

Currently in this subject I am doing research on the low rates of employment by people with disabilities. the subject is quite interesting, and through the methodological framework that I have decided to use I have been able to advance this research.

As for the contribution to my career, this website contributes to those instances where I must cite laws, in addition to using the same to resolve cases (which are performed in the class) or for the study of classes based on pure law (bases jurídicas de la administración del Estado, marco normativo I y marco normativo II).



The website has proved to be good, I really have no complaints to it, has all the information I need, as a student I confess that I love this website, and also contribute in my career, contributes to others, I really recommend this website. 

My favorite writer

I don't really have a favorite writer, but if I had to choose one, I'd choose Stephen King.

Stephen King is an American writer of horror novels, supernatural fiction and fantastic literature (according to wikipedia). My favorite book, on the part of this writer-on second thought, this is really my favorite book-is  "It". Book that I really knew by the film adaptation that I managed to seduce. Given the transcendental of the film, I decided to read the book guarantor of that film. Actually the book is better-I confirm it-than the same movie. Being a horror novel published in 1986, I get my attention-despite the time in which I read the book-through the events in the community of Derry, which really manage to seduce the reader.  

The history of book-by way of summary-is argued in the years 80, where a group of old friends decide to face that monster guarantor to generate traumas in their infancy. 

The last Tour

The photo that I will show below is a trip I made with my family in the year 2017, is very important to me, since it was the last trip I make with all the members of the photo.

The place where the photo was taken was in  "Bahía Inglesa", a locality that is in the north of the country, I never had intentions to go to that place, nor knew of the existence of that beautiful beach, however it is a memory that still remains.

It was a nice trip, where I laughed enough, besides having insecurities about my future, but nothing was worse than going to the beach and seeing the huge lizards that were in there, I remember running so many times, it was amazing the size of those animals , they chased me, I just remember running scared.

In short it was a beautiful trip, besides being the last one to perform with my family. 

My Favorite TV series

My Favorite TV series

My favorite TV series is "La Rosa de Guadalupe", a Mexican TV series, which through a low budget-or at least that leaves interviews with the quality of editing and the same cast-leaves several teachings or lessons of life, with various plots , where there is no continuity with respect to the episodes, we are shown a series of random histories, where there is a problem that must be solved by the Virgin of Guadalupe, through a rose-shaped signal. 

It is incredible to think that the problems are solved at the time when the rose and not the reasoning of the characters, despite this dilemma that generates the series, does not avoid recognizing the quality of the plot, where it has literally happened all , if it were to define this series in some way, I would say that is the mother of  "Black Mirrow ", given how random the chapters can get, in addition to the good plot (its big problem is the cast and editing).

Finally I want to thank Televisa for creating such masterpiece as la Rosa de Guadalupe.

My favorite technology device.

What is my favorite technology device?

My favorite technological device is the cell phone, independent of the phone brand (since I have had several companies), since this device has allowed me to be in contact every day with my family, besides that I invest most of the day to Phone, specifically to social networks, where I am very active, given the content that provides Internet, with a computer I can access the same way to the Internet, but the comfort of the mobile phone differentiates. 

The phone is a compact device, which allows me to communicate with people who are long distances and gives me constant entertainment through the Internet and the various branches that derive from this, as social networks and news pages.

In short words the phone responds in a better way-than other technological artifacts-to the search for entertainment, which I consider very important.

Bureaucrat-generator Television

Why did I choose to study public administration? 

Since my childhood I remember being next to the TV screen, which conveyed a great interest in the public problems that occurred in the country. Then you could say that my motivation to study public administration was television, as I generate an interest in the field of public action.      

In my last year of school I decided to study this so enriching university career, thus confirming my interest in solving public problems. My expectations for public administration were to change the world, my world, I find it interesting to change the world from my perspective, where through a critical look I feel that I am doing something for other people.

As for the university career, I must point out that is not in line with my expectations, is a lot (literally) theory, and no, it is not like the hard sciences, are theories that ultimately explain things that we all know, or at least has gone through our heads, However, the positive can be rescued, I have learned more about the institutions within the country, which has generated interest in me to perform within various public services.   

Finally I would point out that thanks to the television content that consumed daily, it helped me to know what to choose.

The History of my Life

Hello, my full name is José Tomás Flores Canales, I am studying public administration at the Universidad de Chile. Since I was a child I was interested in television, this was a guarantor of my interest in the problems that affect the country. Television accompanied me throughout my childhood, Thanks to her I discovered my passion for social problems, which served me to find my vocation.

The Public service that I have always seen as an area in which I would like to do, for the above, I decided to study the public administration, it was not easy for me this decision, I had to separate from my family (one of the hardest decisions I've had to decide).
